How far in advance should I make a reservation?

It is best to make your reservation as early as possible as your booking is subject to equipment availability.  For last minute bookings (same day), please phone us to ensure availability and delivery.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver to your choice of accommodation in the Snowy Mountains area around Jindabyne, East Jindabyne and Tyrolean Village. We are happy to organise for equipment to be picked up if you are staying in Thredbo or Perisher resorts.

What time can you deliver?

For delivery to hotels and AirBnb's, we aim to deliver prior to your arrival, and no later than one hour after your arrival. Eg: between 10-2pm. We will gladly contact your private rental to ask for access prior to check in and after check out. Please add this at checkout.

What time does equipment need to be collected?

For bookings to accommodation and return to our location, THE HIRE PERIOD ENDS AT 10AM unless organised by prior arrangement.  Afternoon collections are subject to availability and are not guaranteed and must be organised prior to hire period commencing.

I want to hire a carseat, do you do that?

Unfortunatly we do not hire or fit carseats.

I want to pay via bank transfer, how can I do that?
